Banana Ice Cream:
Take 2-3 bananas and cut into small piece
Place the pieces onto a plate and place in the freeze for 2-4 hours.
Remove the banana from the freezer and place into a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
Note: you can substitute bananas with alvocados. For extra flavors, you can add carob or chocolate powder, honey, cinnamon powder, vanilla powder, peanut butter, etc.
Enjoy your ice cream :)
